“Hershey Creamery Company”, also known as Hershey's Ice Cream, is an American creamery that produces an assortment of ice creams, yogurts and frozen desserts. The company was founded by Jacob Hershey and four of his brothers in 1894. During the 1920’s the company was taken over by the ‘Holder” family. Today a publically traded company this family owned business has approximately 450 employees and operates 30 distribution centers in 28 states across the Eastern and Northeastern United States.

“Hershey Creamery Company” has no connection to the “Hershey Company”, a candy and confectionary manufacturer, despite that both companies were founded in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, also in the same year. As such, both companies have battled for years over trademark issues, until the 1990’s when the “Hershey Creamery Company” agreed to add a disclaimer to their products that they were NOT affiliated with the “Hershey Company”

product with a 50c retail price, the trademark logo for the 1996 poster was altered and the ice cream wrapper color was changed from the 1990 Blue to the 1996 Purple.

If you reside in Australia and you have an alternate US address for shipments, please contact us for such requests. All such orders will be processed as any other US domestic order.

I do offer combined shipping for (ALL) customers, if you plan to purchase multiple items save them in you eBay “cart” and request an adjusted shipping cost from me prior to paying for each item individually. International buyers are responsible for paying the appropriate customs charges if such apply.
Package Preparation:

Return Policy:
