    Description

    Description
This is an amazing door that was salvaged from a Utica NY Victorian Home.
It is made of pine and is painted.
Originally it was part of a double door set but this is the only one we found.
The top has a glass opening (no glass) with a wood panel below.
The front has raised moldings around the glass and panel with rounded corners.
Most hardware will need to be replaced.
    It measures 27.75
inches wide by 82.75 inches tall and almost 2 inches thick.
Overall, it is in good condition.  There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique.  It could use a good cleaning. The bottom has water damage and to remove it would be cut down to 80 inches tall. There is a deadbolt hole. The wood panel had an embellishment on the front side that is missing. Please look at  the pictures carefully.

    Terms of Sale
I accept returns only if my description is inaccurate. For example, if I pull an item from a building that I believe to be original to the house and it is later discovered to be a reproduction, or if I enter an incorrect measurement, I will allow the buyer to return the item. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch.
    About Us
My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! Thanks for visiting.  Steve and Michelle
