Lovely Vintage Spanish (Alicante) Doll in Ethnic Traditional Folk Costume 9'

Description

This is a lovely doll from the Spanish Province of Alicante (written on the bottom sticker), very brightly and elegantly clad in an ethnic costume with a rich brocade skirt, lacy shawl and lacy "abanico" (hand fan). Looks like the body is made from celluloid.The costume is hand made.
Stand on the base, about 9' tall.
The doll is from 1970s, the condition is excellent.
This doll is a part of a huge family collection and has been kept in a special glass display case.
