Antique Whirligig Two men working Spinner Folk Art (Nova Scotia?)

This came out of an Estate Sale of a world traveler her in Vancouver Washington. According to the daughter her parents bought this in a gallery in Nova Scotia . She had an old photo to show it in the gallery her parents purchased it from but could not remember
exactly
when she guessed 1980's . and did not know the name of the gallery. The old photo is the only documentation she had. You can see the photograph in the last photo here. Photo will go with the piece.  This has a few repairs and one block of wood is missing, the one guys feet are detached just need a little glue. I did not want to do any restoration Ill leave that to someone that knows what they are doing.  Also note the one guys arm has been replace with a metal strap. Please look carefully at photos for condition. Measures about 28" long and 48" tall.
