THIS MANUAL IS 5 1/2 X 8" FORMAT WITH 40 PAGES OF TEXT + COVERS.  AS SEEN, IT HAS BEEN SURELY BEEN HANDLED AND CONSULTED IN ITS DAY BUT APPEARS TO BE COMPLETE. I NOTE, SOMEONE APPARENTLY NEEDED A PIECE OF SCRAP PAPER AND TORE A SMALL PORTION OFF OF PAGE 1 (NO TEXT). COVER IS STILL ATTACHED.  BE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS.
